Mango Lassi Milkshake

(yield: 2 cups)

1 ripe mango, peeled & diced
1 cup vanilla ice cream
1/4 cup milk
pinch of salt
1/8 tsp ground cardamom
2 tbsp pistachios, chopped

Place everything, except for the pistachios, into a blender. Blend on high speed for about a minute
Pour into glasses, and sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
